Exhibition

 

The exhibition will offer a company an excellent opportunity to promote company’s products, services and operations to the conference participants. The exhibition will be located beside the main conference hall.

The size of a booth is either 4 m2 or 6 m2 – a single company/organisation can book max. one (1) booth.
Booths will be reserved on a first-come – first-served basis.

4 m2 booth - including two (2) booth staff members - €3900
6 m2 booth - including one (1) booth staff member - €4500
6 m2 booth - including two (2) booth staff members - €5200

All event fees include the VAT 0%.

• sign 3 m, with name of the company (company logo + €58)

Exhibitors can *only* offer candies or corresponding items from their booths ‐ everything else must be ordered from the restaurant "Coccolita", which is responsible for the restaurant services in Kokkola City Hall.

There will be free WIFI at your disposal at Kokkola City Hall.

Important dates and times

Booth setup: Monday, June 9, from 15:00 – 17:00

Dismantling / tear down: Thursday, June 12, from 16:00 – 18:00

Organiser reserves the right to amend the timetable in accordance with the final symposium programme.

Cancellation terms

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to Rovaniemi‐Lapland Congresses (congress@ulapland.fi).
- Paid booth price will be refunded if cancellation is received by March 31, 2024.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Note: that a processing fee of €50 will be deducted from all refunds.
